What is GDPR?

Your Rights Under GDPR

Under GDPR, you have several rights regarding your personal data. These include:

Right to Access

You have the right to request access to your personal data that we process and receive a copy of it.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you and to have incomplete personal data completed.

Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data when certain conditions apply, such as when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request restriction of processing your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of your personal data.

Data Breach Notification

In the case of a personal data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will also communicate the personal data breach to the affected individuals without undue delay.

International Data Transfers

When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by implementing at least one of the following safeguards:

Data Processing Agreements

We ensure that all third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf are contractually bound by data processing agreements that comply with GDPR requirements. These agreements outline the subject-matter and duration of the processing, the nature and purpose of the processing, the type of personal data and categories of data subjects, and the obligations and rights of Moontrizer AI as the data controller.

We will respond to your request within one month, which may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests.
